We understand it’s hard to know exactly what something will look and feel like when you order from a computer screen.
When you email us at contact@bottifulhome.com, just provide your order information such as order date and order number.
If you didn’t like your purchase for any reason, just let us know, and we’ll provide instructions for returning your purchase and we will provide a 100% refund (excluding shipping and handling) to your original payment method.

If your item is used, don’t worry. Still contact us and let us know. We can offer certain replacement parts for broken items, and will often times offer a solution that was better than you were hoping for. We offer refunds and free replacements and replacement parts for used items on a case by case basis and depending on availability, but will do everything we can to make sure you’re happy in the end.
Here's How It Works:
➡️Email us at contact@bottifulhome.com to let us know that you would like to return your item(s). Include your order number and order date within your email. We must receive your brand new unused order within 60 days of your purchase date for the refund to be valid.
➡️It is your responsibility to pay the return postage, and we recommend you return it to us with tracking or delivery confirmation to expedite the process and avoid delays. Pack your brand new unused item(s) back into the original packaging, including all accessories and inserts.
➡️All charges, excluding shipping and handling, are fully refundable. We will inspect your returned items within one week from receipt and provide a full refund within 48 hours from inspection. Please note: It may take up to 5-8 business days for your payment method to reflect the refund once we have initiated it.
➡️Last but not least, if you have used any of your items, please let us know when you contact us for the return. For the safety of our employees and the transportation carriers and other customers, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, even if you have washed them out. In the event you have used your item(s) and find it to be non-functional in any way, just contact us to let us know the situation, and we will offer a solution that will make you happy, including, but not limited to: replacement pumps, replacement products, explanations and videos on how to get your products working properly.
